Photography Session
The plaza and grounds outside of the museum facilities are available at no cost for photographers and the general public.
No professional photography is allowed in the main museum.
Photo shoots inside the A. Hays Town building may only be scheduled during hours in which museum personnel is on the property. Reservations are required and must be paid in full at time of booking. Please check-in at our front desk in our museum lobby when you arrive.- Mondays, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesdays, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesdays, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursdays, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
- Fridays, 9 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturdays, 10 AM – 4:30 PM
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette strictly prohibits the use of glitter and confetti on the university grounds. It also damages our signature fountain.

**The Hilliard Art Museum is not currently accepting private event bookings.**
Those who book sessions must adhere to University policies while using the facilities.
